Terms of Service

Article 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using jammae (https://jammae.space) (the "Service"), operated by Feasible Lab ("Company," "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Article 2. Definitions

"Service" means the jammae website and the AI-powered features it provides that suggest a makeup combination to try from the cosmetics and tools you own. "User" or "you" means any person who accesses or uses the Service. "User Content" means any photo, text, or other material you submit to the Service.

Article 3. Description of Service and Eligibility

1. The Service analyzes photos of the cosmetics and makeup tools you own, and optionally a face photo, using AI to suggest one combination to try with the reason and steps to follow, for informational and entertainment purposes only. A face photo is not required.
2. AI-generated results are not professional dermatological advice, a medical diagnosis, or a guaranteed cosmetic recommendation.
3. The Service is intended for users aged 14 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Article 4. User Content and License

1. You retain ownership of any photo you submit to the Service.
2. By submitting a photo, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that photo solely to generate your AI analysis result. This license terminates automatically once the photo is processed — consistent with Article 6 of the Privacy Policy, photos are not retained.
3. You represent that you have the right to submit any photo you upload, including that it does not depict a third party without that person's consent.

Article 5. Intellectual Property

1. All text, design, branding, and source code that make up the Service are the property of the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2. The AI-generated analysis result produced for you (the suggestion, steps, tips, and the share card image generated in your browser) may be freely used, saved, and shared by you, including on social media, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service's underlying code, design, or branding without the Company's prior written consent.

Article 6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  Upload photos of third parties without their consent, or unlawfully obtained images

  Submit obscene, violent, hateful, or otherwise illegal content

  Use automated scripts, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Service or attempt to bypass rate limits

  Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law

Article 7. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The Service may display third-party advertisements and use third-party analytics to support its operation, subject to your cookie consent choice as described in the Privacy Policy.

Article 8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or inconsistent.

Article 9. Limitation of Liability

1. The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, server outages, network failures, or scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
2. The Company is not liable for any decision, purchase, or action a user takes based on the Service's AI-generated output.
3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to use the Service — currently zero, as the Service is free.

Article 10. Changes to the Service and Terms

The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. The Company may revise these Terms; continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
